Client Services Manager at Scout Branding
• Full-time position
• Must be proactive and positive-minded
• Must be “a people person”
• Serve as primary contact for a defined group of clients
• Attract, maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships
• Field daily client requests and communicate them in actionable terms to creatives
• Estimate agency fees and draft letters of agreement
• Develop Strategies, Creative Briefs, Scopes of Work, Letters of Agreement, and Production Estimates
• Track and maintain accurate monthly billings for each client
• Assist in identifying, pursuing and winning new business
• Help with answering the phone
• Work with bookkeeper and accountant when needed
• Assist with project management, including project planning, writing, coordinating with vendors, proofreading, etc.
• Help develop travel plans and coordinate arrangements
• Prepare client invoices, W-9s, field new vendor communication
• Code incoming bills for client billable and nonbillable costs

• Pay close attention to detail
• Excellent at time management, even when multi-tasking
• Comfortable in a flexible, fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
• Be happy at work – a pleasant problem-solver
• Be all in as a team member
• Education – at minimum a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in client/account service
