Position Requirements & Duties:
- Must be proactive and positive-minded
- Must be “a people person”
- Serve as primary contact for a defined group of clients
- Attract, maintain, strengthen and grow client relationships
- Field daily client requests and communicate them in actionable terms to creative team
- Assist in developing Strategies, Creative Briefs, Scopes of Work, Letters of Agreement and Production Estimates
- Assist in identifying, pursuing and winning new business
- Help with answering the phone
- Assist with project management, including project planning, writing, coordinating with project vendors, proofreading, etc.
- Constant check-ins with creative team to ensure deadlines are met
- Help manage Scout’s social media accounts by creating fresh, new content
To be successful, this person should also have the following skills and abilities:
- Curiosity and confidence
- Self-organize, take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Pay close attention to detail
- Excellent at time management, even when multitasking
- Comfortable in a flexible, fast-paced environment
- Great writing is a plus
- Be happy at work – a pleasant problem solver
- Be all-in as a team member
- Google Analytics experience is a plus
