Orchestra Partners came to Scout for help in creating a brand that captures the essence behind a transformative real estate project in downtown Birmingham. The building’s transformation was pivotal in making Morris Avenue more accessible by creating an enclosed commercial corridor spanning from First Avenue North down to the cobblestones of Morris Avenue.
Vintage Meets Modern
The property needed a name and visual identity that matched its historic and industrial characteristics. The logo is a nod to the architecture, blending vintage features with fresh modernity. The gilded icon, paired with rich navy, pays homage to years past while remaining relevant enough to attract commercial vendors and potential residents to the apartments above.
